We are committed to providing high-quality, professional-grade tattoo equipment and a reliable, transparent shopping experience. Please read our store policies carefully before placing an order.

1. Quality Assurance

At Lilum, every product is sourced from trusted manufacturers and undergoes strict quality checks before being shipped. We aim to ensure that artists receive equipment they can trust.

2. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any products, except in the rare case where an item arrives defective.

Due to the hygienic, sterile, and specialized nature of tattoo supplies, all sales are final.
Please ensure you review all product information before completing your purchase.

3. No Exchanges

Lilum does not offer exchanges on any products.
Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be swapped for another item.

4. Defective Items

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process a defect claim, we require:

• Order number

• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect

• A short description of the issue

If the item is confirmed defective, we will provide:

• A replacement (subject to stock availability), or

• Store credit of equal value

Defects must be manufacturer-related. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect setup, or normal wear and tear is not eligible.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery times depend on your selected shipping option and location.

• Once an order has shipped, Lilum is not responsible for courier delays or handling.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help where possible.

7. Hygiene & Safety

Due to the nature of tattoo equipment, we cannot resell or restock items that have left our warehouse. This is why strict no-return and no-exchange policies are enforced for the safety of all artists.
